Description ebfe 2007-03-11 11:22:45 UTC
xfce-base/xfce4-extras has a local useflag "wlan" which pulls xfce4-wavelan. the global useflag for wireless networking support is "wifi".

xfce4-extras should use the global flag instead of creating a new local one.

Reproducible: Always

No, not now... USE=wifi is use.masked on way too many profiles which have
xfce-extra/xfce4-wavelan keyworded.

You don't go around use.masking use.desc flags without knowledge, you package.use.mask them. It's a bug in those profiles, not our problem.

4.4.0-r1 and 4.4.0-r2 adjusted to use wifi instead of wlan now.

srry about bugspam but reassigning to myself, xfce is out of here.
Comment 5 Bryan Østergaard (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-03-11 13:45:38 UTC
Removed xfce4-wavelan keywords for Alpha + IA64 as we don't support wifi.
