Backup Module fails 

Performing backup of /root/cms/typodev/web.salesjobs to /var/backup/web.salesjobs.tar.gz ..

      Unlock ioctl failed : Das Argument ist ungültig [invalid argument]

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a backup entry
2. save it
3. when trying to execute, failure !
Actual Results:  
Unlock ioctl failed : Das Argument ist ungültig [invalid argument]

Expected Results:  
Backup finished ..

excuse me, i should have mentioned that. 
the latest one, means ... webmin 1.300-r1 .
