The news aggregator straw is marked stable (v0.17) but some of it dependencies 

>=dev-python/gnome-python-1.99.13
>=dev-python/bsddb3-3.4.0
=dev-python/adns-python-1.0.0

are not, so it doesn't emerge

straw shouldnt have been stable, man i make a lot of silly mistakes these days. Now marked ~x86.
