Description Csaba Paradi 2003-03-07 05:40:49 UTC
I merged and used gnomemeeting-0.96.0 successfully one week ago.
Today emerge sync-ed the portage tree.
emerge -up --deep world says:

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating world dependencies -
!!! all ebuilds that could satisfy "=dev-libs/pwlib-1.4.7*" have been masked.
!!! (dependency required by "net-im/gnomemeeting-0.96.0" [ebuild])

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install gnomemeeting ( one week ago )
2. pwlib 1.4.7 installed that time, and gnomemeeting is based on this version
3. emerge sync today
4. emerge -up --deep world
Actual Results:
emerge -up --deep not working

Calculating world dependencies -

!!! all ebuilds that could satisfy "=dev-libs/pwlib-1.4.7*" have been masked.
!!! (dependency required by "net-im/gnomemeeting-0.96.0" [ebuild])

Expected Results:
Gives the list of the package need to be updated.

The solution is maybe a new gnomemeeting.ebuild script with the
pwlib-1.4.10 dependency.
( pwlib-1.4.10 is not masked and marked stable... )
