When starting a second X-server, the screen goes blank indefinitely. Switching back to an existing console or previously running X-server seems to fail as well. Though the system still appears to be running (there is still hard disk activity, and using alt-sysrq to unmount the filesystems and reboot avoids filesystem checks). Also, unrelated: (EE) AIGLX error: dlsym for __driCreateNewScreen_20050727 failed (/usr/lib64/dri /fglrx_dri.so: undefined symbol: __driCreateNewScreen_20050727) Running on otherwise stable amd64.
Created attachment 112254 [details] log for the first (working) X-session
Created attachment 112256 [details] log for the second (failing) X session

8.35.5 exhibits exact same symptoms. upgrading to xorg-server-1.2 currently leaves no ati-drivers for which two concurrent sessions can be started.
