Quoting the text of the page... Origionally set at "Blocker Blocks development and/or testing work of Gentoo as a whole" due to that it causes layman to not function unless worked around, possibly halting Portage. Set to: "Trivial cosmetic problem like misspelled words or misaligned text" which does not describe that layman can't handle broken XML gracefully, even though a trivial matter causes the problem. Yes, I've reviewed it many times. If this was a trivial bug or a request for enhancement, I would of set it as such. This halts testing of the Gentoo Overlays, and is (re)set as such.
