Running metacity [2.4.34], xmms [1.2.7-r15] is not sticky when set.

CTRL+S or selecting Sticky from preferences has no effect.

xmms reports that sticky has been turned on.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Sticky from preferences or use shortcut key

Actual Results:  
xmms reports that sticky is set, but metacity does not honor it

Expected Results:  
be available on all workspaces - sticky

This is because xmms doesn't follow the wm spec (http://www.freedesktop.org/standards/wm-spec/1.3/html/). You can press Alt-Space to open the window menu and select "Put on all workspaces" to achieve the same effect.
