I wrote an ebuild for generecon that was absorbed into gentoo-science overlay (see bug at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=128514). The ebuild no longer works as guile was moved from dev-util/guile to dev-scheme/guile. Thus the ebuild need modifying to reflect this (see attached). s Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add gentoo-science overlay to portage 2. emerge generecon 3. Actual Results: # emerge generecon These are the packages that would be merged, in order: Calculating dependencies \ emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "dev-util/guile". (dependency required by "sci-biology/generecon-1.2.1-r1" [ebuild]) Expected Results: Should have compiled and installed.
