`strip-flags` isn't necessary in both Qt 3 and 4 ebuilds. Qt 3, 4 and KDE 3 work correctly with some usually stripped flags.

(`replace-flags -O3 -O2` should remain in Qt 4 ebuilds.)

And doesn't with others; maintainers apparently are not wiling to waste their time on cryptic ricer bugs, you'll have to live with it.
