rhythmbox has (had) a problem with multijob compilation. Finally got around to try to fix this. Patch to follow.

I'm confused.  Do you mean it's mearged upstream?  It doesn't appear to be in portage...

yes it's merged upstream but I found it after the release of 0.9.8 (bumping in my overlay to test it out so it's not in portage). It should be in 0.9.9 or whatever next number is chosen since upstream wants to create a new stable branch.

(Now if you'd just fix the --as-needed failure too... :) )
