Yes, so use app-portage/g-cpan to install it.

I'm planing to add tiles at home soon to portage (distributed rendering project for openstreetmap) and Math-Vec is a dependency. So reopening. ebuild looks ok, beside that it has stable keywords, current version is 1.01.
