Tasks is a simple to do list application that uses libecal, part of Embedded Evolution Data Server. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 111654 [details] x11-misc/tasks-0.2 Ebuild for tasks 0.2
Tasks is now at version 0.4
Created attachment 116210 [details] Ebuild for tasks-0.4 Added new ebuild for newest version of Tasks. This is now a part of the Pimlico Project and I have changed the urls to reflect this, since one is redirected to the new website. Should this be in x11-misc or would gnome-extra be a better category (like for Contacts and Dates)?

Created attachment 128460 [details] Ebuild for gnome-extra/tasks-0.11
Any chance this will be included in portage anytime soon?
This package works on amd64 just fine, please update the ebuild.
Created attachment 128709 [details] Ebuild for gnome-extra/tasks-0.11 - with ~amd64
I don't know when or if this will be a part of portage, but I'll just keep updating the ebuilds until someone gets annoyed :P
Created attachment 128784 [details] Revised ebuild for gnome-extra/tasks-0.11 The ebuild now inherits gnome2 and I have cleaned up the ebuild, and have added some missing dependencies. It now also supports ~ppc besides ~amd64 and ~x86.
tasks-0.12 has been released. No need for new ebuild. Just take the revised 0.11-ebuild and make a copy named tasks-0.12.ebuild
Created attachment 138389 [details] Ebuild for tasks-0.13 New version is out. I've added a few missing dependencies (though they would be present in a sane system). Still missing a "real" maintainer ;)
This is now in the sunrise overlay. You can find it at: http://overlays.gentoo.org/svn/proj/sunrise/reviewed/gnome-extra/tasks
in tree. Please note that the extra DEPEND are absolutely not necessary. gawk/grep should be installed on any sane system and XML-Parser implies the presence of perl and is a dependency of intltool iirc so no need to add them as well.
