Please find attached an r2 version of the tcsh-6.12 ebuild. It now checks  the
"cjk" USE flag and if it is set, applies a patch (also included in the tarball)
that changes some of the config options in config_f.h so that the line editor
supports multibyte kanji.

Didn't see the IUSE="perl" in the original.. now its IUSE="cjk perl"

Fixed the cjk use flag handling (didn't work when cjk wasn't set),
and checked into CVS.
