Sound/audio level in output is very low or voices cannot be heard properly.

This is a known issue with a52dec downsampling (related to <=gst-plugins-a52dec-0.10.4).

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Vary vom DVD to DVD

As gst-plugins-a52dec belongs to gst-plugins-ugly I don't know, if it's necessary to open an additional bug for the superior package. Please do this if it's essential to push gst-plugins-a52dec

This is already fixed in 0.10.4-r1 (we added a patch), but anyway, I've done the bump.
