What makes it incompatible?

I'm just making ebuilds for the game and follow instructions of the dev of planeshift, but it's seems that planeshift used HEAD version of CS/CEL when they release new version, so planeshift is not compatible with official v1.0 of CS/CEL

i have create bugs crystalspace-ps and cel-ps, which are specific version of crystalspace and cel for the game planeshift. The official v1.0 can not be use with the game planeshift.

Having and issue with portage-overlay

Appending /usr/local/portage to PORTDIR_OVERLAY...
!!! /usr/local/portage does not seem to have a valid PORTDIR structure.

Its in make.conf.

Heres the steps I did:

mkdir /usr/local/portage/dev-games
mkdir /usr/local/portage/dev-games/crystalspace
mkdir /usr/local/portage/dev-games/cel
mkdir /usr/local/portage/games-rpg
mkdir /usr/local/portage/games-rpg/planeshift

mv crystalspace-ps-1.1-r26479.ebuild /usr/local/portage/dev-games/crystalspace
mv cel-ps-1.1-r2637.ebuild /usr/local/portage/dev-games/cel
mv planeshift-0.3.018-r3.ebuild /usr/local/portage/games-rpg/planeshift

cd /usr/local/portage/dev-games/crystalspace
ebuild crystalspace-ps-1.1-r26479.ebuild digest

Then I have that bug. This also is seen when I ebuild * digest cel-ps-1.1-r2637.ebuild. Planeshift ebuild * digests fine as do other programs in /usr/local/portage.

... though it seems they haven't been updated for at least 2 weeks,
i. e. you still get "0.4.01" when installing from "zugaina" overlay,
whereas your own portage overlay

  --> http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=27667.0
  --> http://loux.thefuture.free.fr/portage.tar.bz2

already provides access to newest stable (0.4.02).

Cheers
