neysx,thanks, but... I see the new handbook/ directory in /doc/he/ - but it appears empty! http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/gentoo/xml/htdocs/doc/he/handbook/ and I am attaching the index.xml of the same directory that you requested :)
