There are a lot of old wine versions in the tree, even some of those 200xxxxx-ones before wine had release numbers.

As there were also security problems (at least in version 0.9.2 and before) and it's policy not to have old security-flawed ebuilds in the tree, I'd suggest a big cleanup.

not at this time

the versions arent even KEYWORDed, so it isnt a real issue for security
