There is a line at this doc (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/nl/rc-scripts.xml), 
which seems to be forgotten to be translated to Dutch.
The line is 'The /sbin/rc script makes all of this work, and can be invoked to 
switch between virtual runlevels on the fly. ' .

Expected Results:  
The line is kinda hard to translate, probably that's the reason why the 
translator skipped it, but forgot to look back at it. The line should say 
something like 'Het /sbin/rc script zorgt ervoor dat dit allemaal werkt. Dit 
script kan ook gebruikt worden om te wisselen tussen de verschillende 
runlevels. '
