I couldn't find any epplets or even the epplets base (headers/libraries) in portage, so here goes. Epplets are small "dock-applets" for Enlightenment. I have attached epplets.tar.gz, which contains an ebuild for epplets-0.5 for enlightenment DR16. The epplets package, contains epplets libraries/headers and a couple of epplets for enlightenment. This is the package called epplet-base on Enlightenments sourceforge page (http://sourceforge.net/projects/enlightenment/). I would suggest to place it in x11-misc (based on the fact, that alle wm-dock proggies are there).

Hi! Glanced at you ebuild and it looks pretty good. This message is meant as a pre-assigning triage. Note: there was an epplet-base ebuild submitted a long time ago and it was stuck in incoming (see /usr/portage/incoming). However, your submission has updated syntax regarding "|| die" for "try" which is good :) Some suggestions: 1. just call the ebuild epplet-base-0.5.ebuild 2. Remove the "A=" line (using A is deprecated) 3. With the above two changes you can change the SRC_URI line to "SRC_URI="http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/enlightenment/${P}.tar.gz" These changes will lessen the load on the developer who will test it out and eventually commit to the portage tree, expediting the whole process.
