Hello Gentoo Team. Attached with this bug is the ebuild file for idled. Idled is a Unix idle daemon to logout idle terminal sessions. Written by Mike Crider about 10 years ago. I think that it should go into sys-apps. I've added the patches to make the app more Gentoo friendly. We require this app for a project we are working on.
