My impression is that hard-masking is generally reserved for packages that are extremely alpha, badly broken, do not install, and/or may break other things. Pida installs fine for me, and other things do not depend on Pida. It was hard masked in 2005 for "testing" purposes. Since then no bugs have been filed, and probably not much testing has taken place because it's hard masked. Let's change it to "~masked" so that it can get properly tested. Reproducible: Always
pythonhead: ping? there's a new version out, btw. and the url changed, etc.
