Description jiri valnoha 2007-02-21 13:29:28 UTC
I tried emerge kdebase. kdebase needs emerge ebuild media-libs/gd, so installation begins with emerge "gd". ebuild "gd" is compiled for a few seconds a then system stops installation. i trying install different version of "gd" but it doesn´t help.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge media-libs/gd
2. merging of ebuild gd
3. system writes this error:
tar: Read 5632 bytes from -
tar: A lone zero block at 7351
/usr/lib32/libjpeg.so: could not read symbols: File in wrong format
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
