The variable $SYSADMIN was mis-spelled.  I had to change it from $sYSADMIN to $SYSADMIN to make the script functional.  (Bash variables are case sensitive).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # /etc/logcheck/logcheck.sh

Actual Results:  
The script failed with the error message:
Mail: You must specify direct recipients with -s, -c, or -b

Expected Results:  
Sent an email, with no results on STDERR
