h) maybe push the website redesign which stalled by adding someone to the recruitment needs plus putting a project site online stating "this sadly stalled, go here to get an impression: http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/gentoo-projects/www-redesign/www/index.html?rev=1.6" (afaik quite some users dont know (anymore) this is/was planned) adding a way users can leave thoughts relevant for the developer who takes this project up again. mine would be "try to optimize the page using http://feng-gui.com/"
