Upgraded to 0.7.9 or 0.8.8
Run eix-sync and it complains about the eix-sync file not found. It is in /usr/bin, but it is expecting it to be in /usr/sbin. Copy it to /usr/sbin and all is fine.

Did not happen with previous versions.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:

Sounds like you have some funky alias in .bashrc, .bash_profile or such..

I guess your shell just kept the previous path in cache.
Starting a new shell or (if you use bash) "hash -r" should fix your problem.
