KMail-1.9.6 (kde-base/kmail-3.5.6) ignores templates when forwarding mails. This seems to be happen when the forwarded mail is not plain-text only.

There is already a fix in kmail for templates support, can you reproduce the bug with the latest ebuild in portage?
