Changed cyberjack-2.0.13 ebuild

The problem was in the ebuild, I tried to fix it and I did some work, but of course a developer must check the changes I made. There were some options inside the configure section which were wrong, such as --enable-udev, or --enable-usbdropdir(or I think there were wrong, the maintainer of the package will know better). Pcsc-lite, has a usbdropdir which is located in /usr/lib/readers/usb, but when someone compiles it, this dir is not created by default, so I create it after cyberjack compilation, and make a symlink of the cyberjack-pcsc plugin inside {usbdropdir}. I did this after reading:

"In order to use dynamic driver loading, you need to supply a directory
called "XXXX.bundle" in the usb dropdir directory (--enable-usbdropdir=PATH).
Here, the string "XXXX" stands for an arbitrary driver name, like in
"ifd-GemPC430.bundle". An example .bundle-directory can be found in the
source distribution of the ifd-gempc driver
(http://ludovic.rousseau.free.fr/softwares/ifd-GemPC/)"

inside pcsd-lite package's README.

I'm not a dev but I hope I helped,
Panagiotis

Me bad -- fixed in CVS :)
Please wait a few hours, then resync.
