Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. wget -m <crapy site with relative links>
2. wait
3. 400 flood is go!

Actual Results:  
07:25:43 ERROR 400: Bad Request.
07:25:43 ERROR 400: Bad Request.
07:25:44 ERROR 400: Bad Request.
07:25:44 ERROR 400: Bad Request.
etc etc etc

Expected Results:  
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK

im running with the patch now and it works great. would you like the ebuild?

please retest with wget-1.11 and if it still fails, re-open with the new output
