Description Patrick Huber 2007-02-15 08:48:22 UTC
the jswat2 launch script /usr/bin/jswat2 checks for java 1.4 explicitly but ignores the fact, that I have java 1.5 installed. The script should include versions newer than 1.4 too or don't check at all.

workaround: edit the script and remove said check

Reproducible: Always

Yeah the current ebuilds seem quite old. There is a 3.15 version bump out that we should package.

I package.masked this because we are way behind in version and it's not migrated to generation 2:

+# Way behind in versions. The latest upstream is 4.1.
+# Please submit a working ebuild for 4.1 if you want to
+# keep this. dev-util/eclipse-sdk has a working open source
+# debugger as an alternative to this package. In Java junkyard
