The OpenOffice *.desktop files (in /usr/share/gnome/apps/OpenOffice.org) do not
contain the "Categories" key. This makes them appear under "Other" in the Gnome
Applications menu.

It would be better if the OpenOffice applications appeared under "Office", which
can be fixed by adding the following line to all the .desktop files:

Categories=Application;Office;
