Assuming this package isn't a dependency of anything (now or planned future) and removing SPARC as we don't have tons of time to verify random packages. If our users appear interested in it, we'll keyword it then.
The context of this bug can be found in bug #166455. It's my hope that it will be included on release medias when it hits stable which is why it depends on wget, sed and bash only.
