Hello, first of all I find the documentation very good and very well translated (french user). But i was configuring my boot loader (grub.conf) with genkernel. I couldn't manage to have it work and after googeling I found the error. The "root (hd0,0)" entry was not correct. The / partition in my case is /dev/hda2 so I had to change "root (hd0,0)" to "root (hd0,1)" to have the boot working. So I think it would be very interresting for erveryone to have more information about this line in the grub.conf in the install documentation. Best regards, Faustin
