I have backported the mod_layout ebuild to support Apache 1.3. I also added
features to the ebuild to ease adding the module to the apache.conf (using
apacheaddmod and apachedelmod)

The only issue is that the mod_layout-4.01 ebuild lists the SLOT as 0 -- this
needs to be fixed so that the mod_layout-3.2 ebuild will be able to be installed.

sorry, but im not going to accept this.

reason being:  i already made a package containing
mod_layout for apache-1 a looong time ago,
apparently you just didnt find it.

if you feel like updating the versioin of it in there,
id take a patch against that ebuild to fix it.

it's in the mod_contribs package.
