I am submitting an updated ebuild for redhat kernel source.  This updated ebuild
sets ${TMPDIR} to ${T} when calling rpm2targz.  This fixes an out of disk space
error caused if /tmp is on a small partition or, as in my case, mounted on tmpfs
and cannot hold the entire kernel source tree.
