This error I saw the first time on kernel 2.6.19-gentoo-r5 in dmesg when starting xdm. Before I used kernel 2.6.18-gentoo-r6. Try the 0.2.2 version of the driver, currently in ~.

Created attachment 109890 [details] xorg.conf for via unichrome
Created attachment 109892 [details] Xorg log for via unichrome graphics No error is displayed in xorg log, only in dmesg a memory manager error is reported.
I forgot to write that the last Xorg.0.log was produced with x11-drivers/xf86-video-via-0.2.1-r1 (not 0.2.2)!
Markus Poeschl, do you have mplayer or xine using Xv work? I have the same problem, and also Xv not working. My platform is this thin client: http://www.holit.ua/ru/products/comp/board/PCThink/2480.html Now i will try to xorg-x11-7.2 and xf86-video-via-0.2.2, and post results.
No effect. :( Xv still does'n work. I attached my xorg.conf, Xorg.log, mplayer output and xine's bugreport.

But with the new kernel and via driver 0.2.2 my computer crashed totally after few seconds. Good luck with the new version of xorg and via driver. I'm very interested on your results. Markus

This should move upstream. Please find/file a bug at https://bugs.freedesktop.org and post the resulting link here. Thanks!

Solved with current version!
Re-opening for proper solution.
Fixed with kernel 2.6.20 or 2.6.21 (Markus, could you specify which, please?).
