With gnupg > 2.0.1, such as 2.0.1-r1, when keychain calls gpg to prompt for a passphrase, pinentry enters an infinite loop (CPU=100%). gnupg-2.0.1 works fine. Works here too. Which pinentry do you use? Can you please try other types by putting the following at ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf: pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-[curses|qt|gtk-2]
