Description Stefan Bergler 2007-02-06 12:04:35 UTC
I'm using nvram-wakup on a amd64 system (ASUS A8V Deluxe, latest released BIOS 1017) for about two years now. Kernel versions changed up to 2.6.18-r6 right now, without problems.
I'm using direct access (-A) for seting the start time. (Through vdr tool)

Is it possible to set at least ~amd64 for nvram-wakup? - For me it could even be "stable".

Missing the keyword at all blocks other ebuilds (e.g. gentoo-vdr-scripts) to allow usage of nvram on amd64 systems. Because those packages must assume that there is no nvram-wakeup available on amd64.

If you need any additional information, please drop me a note. - Thanks.
