fdftk -> adobe seems not to provide this anymore, homepage redirects to Acrobat SDK. I suggest removal. grutatxt -> still alive but they removed tarballs of <2.0.13. I did the bump and tarballs for 2.0.5 and 2.0.11 happily live on mirrors. yodl -> upstream abandoned it 4 years ago, suggested replacement is texinfo. Removal planned. SIunits -> SRC_URI changed, updated accordingly. achemso -> home changed to CTAN which doesn't add version number to package names, so renamed and put on our mirrors. Original source url is in the ebuild. cdcover -> someone stupidly put the address of a specific gentoo mirror in SRC_URI, corrected to mirror://gentoo/. Also updated HOMEPAGE. cpp2latex -> updated HOMEPAGE and SRC_URI. foiltex -> only 2.1.3 was a problem and I just removed it. leaflet -> same than cdcover, also fixed. lineno -> same as achemso, fixed. quotchap -> same as achemso, fixed. tex4ht -> sources not available anymore, I'll probably do a bump to the latest version soon. Tarballs still on mirrors. clibpdf -> upstream seems to be dead, not sure what to do.
All manifests fixed; if you want to nuke app-text/yodl and media-libs/clibpdf that's a separate issue. Closing.
This is the first hit for google ebuild in bugs.gentoo.org, so I will provide news: lineno.sty can be found in dev-texlive/texlive-humanities-2010:/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/lineno/lineno.sty even if pdflatex fails to find it.
