Following information is wrong because you don't Load Render from Section Modules. For DBE it might be accurate.

Workaround

Disable the dbe and render extension by removing the "Load dbe" and "Load render" directives in the Module section of xorg.conf.

Note: This could affect the functionality of some applications.

Correct workaround to disable RENDER is,

Section "Extensions"
    Option "RENDER" "disable"
