The summary says it all, really.  Maybe the ebuild should be changed to check which 
versions of 1.4.1 are available in exports, and use the most recent.  <shrug>  But then 
people would be stuck with older versions of the JDK.

Just so you know, when Sun bumps its revision number, it becomes impossible to 
get the older revisions.  This means that someone like me is stuck with no sun-jdk 
at all, because Gentoo insists on 1.4.1_01, and Sun insists on 1.4.1_02.  Leaving 
things like this as long as they have been, and then leaving them in testing, can 
be a major inconvenience for some of your users. 
 
When Sun bumps a revision number, it does not mean that anything has changed, 
particularly.  There doesn't really need to be a long process of quality assurance.
