The normal xfce44 and xfce42 eclasses have had their inheritance of the debug eclass removed, but not the xfce4-svn.eclass in the xfce subversion overlay. Not sure if this is the right place for such a bug, but no information is given at the overlay's website.
Ping. What about this one? Isn't it trivial to fix?
We are actually working on a new eclass for the svn overlay, making it more like the one in the main tree. For now I would suggest doing what I did. This runs right after every sync of the overlay: sed -i~ 's/inherit\(.*\)debug/inherit\1/' \ /usr/local/layman/xfce/eclass/xfce4-svn.eclass

I've removed 'inherit debug' from SVN and start working more on it soonish, and next few days.. It's not yet usable. Got a month free from work starting from next week.
