Description fasa 2003-02-27 11:18:12 UTC
I'm using fluxbox, and when I install fluxter (a dock app that works with
fluxbox and help to manage your workspace) it does install openbox (this is not
really needed.).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.unmerge openbox
2.emerge fluxbox
3.emerge -p fluxter
4.read the output

Actual Results:
It does install openbox and I do not need it to run fluxter as I have fluxbox ...

Expected Results:
Just install fluxter right away !

Please check the file /var/cache/edb/virtuals for a line containing:

virtual/blackbox

Can you paste that line here please?
Comment 2 Markus Nigbur (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-10-15 05:48:05 UTC
fluxter does depend on virtual/blackbox.
*box and kahakai will solve this requirement.

due to a just closed bug, fluxbox-0.1.14-r2 didn't provide virtual/blackbox,
so either you add it manually to your /var/edb/cache/virtuals or you reemerge
fluxbox.
