PArted 1.8.2 crashes when running GParted from livecd. The last GParted realese
(beta atm) is based on gentoo-catalyst. If i built it with parted 1.7.1 it
works, but using parted 1.8.2 it crashes.
GParted can be launched but suddenly it si closed. sometimes during operation, sometimes when refreshing the devices.
HOw may i give needed info ?
I may upload the beta iso of my livecd (50mo) so that someone can see how it
goes ?

Well, must say parted 1.8.2 has been released during the night and this might be okay : no crashes seem to happen !
I will test it again some days anyway...

Huh?

This makes no sense to me.  We aren't shipping a CD with parted 1.8.2 on it, or gparted.  I'm not sure what this has to do with Gentoo or Release Engineering, at all.
