seamonkey-1.1 cannot download more dictionaries for spell checking. When I right-click on a field and I choose "Download more dictionaries..." option, no page is opened. I have compiled my seamonkey with these USEs: [ebuild R ] www-client/seamonkey-1.1 USE="crypt gnome java moznocompose moznoirc moznomail moznoroaming -debug -ipv6 -ldap -mozdevelop -moznopango -postgres -xforms -xinerama -xprint" Only fails in my amd64, in x86 seems to work fine :-/
Hrm... I guess it still happens with 1.1.1? Can you test with 1.0.8?

For me it also doesn't work on x86. Try installing it as root. seamonkey is based on mozilla, and all the extensions things is very ancient, that's why it fails when not having write access to the main files, instead of using the profile.
What's the status on this?
