Hello. Permissions on /var/lib/herdstat should be set to drwxrwsr-x (note "s" in group). In the current situation when permissions are drwxrwxr-x 2 root portage 4096 Янв 28 19:08 herdstat and user which has umask 0027 runs herdstat, other users that are in portage group could not use herdstat anymore. That is because files in /var/lib/herdstat directory will be owned by users initial login group and are not readable for others: -rw-r----- 1 pva pva 84378 Янв 28 19:06 herds.xml Thank you in advance.
