This happens when I try to make emerge -u gcc

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -u gcc

It issues me that there is same problem

Steps to Reproduce:

1. emerge --sync
2. emerge portage
3. etc-update
4. locale-gen
5. scripts/bootstrap.sh

During emerge gcc, then... error
