The URL above is produced by entering a bug number on the bar at the bottom of a bugsy page fetched through HTTPS when logged in as a user (and then sending the form of course). The URL I end up with is 

   http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=152153

So, although I started out on a secure page, I end up on an insecure one.
