Description barsoap 2007-01-24 22:34:30 UTC
Instead of displaying an pdf in-tab, acroread spawns in a seperate window. after closing, firefox complains about not being able to start acroread (duh)

removing "de" from linguas fixed the problem for me... This workaround isn't obvious, though.

Reproducible: Always

Try version app-text/acroread-7.0.9-r1 (from ~) - the wrapper that does the language stuff in 7.0.9 is a bit broken, but it had gone stable before I realised. When you merge with only one language, you don't get the wrapper script, which is why it works fine then.

Report back if 7.0.9-r1 works, please - if so I'll start moving 7.0.9-r1 to stable.

Thanks

Worked this out yesterday as well. When I realized that the wrapper script was broken and started to file a bug, I looked by chance at the ~x86 keyworded 7.0.9-r1 and saw that this was already fixed.

What about stabilizing this version because people running stable systems will upgrade to a not properly working wrapper script.

BR,
Dustin
