I've re-added Tcl and Tk as dependencies as they're still not optional in this version. Even though the configure script names both optional, it does search for them unconditionally. Of course, I've tried patching configure.ac but even though that worked, the sources themselves still want them. I won't patch all of that away.

Maybe 3.0 will correct that. (I'm going to look at that soon.) If not, I'm going to contact upstream about it.
