do you have flac 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 installed? Looks like that...

I commited a patch for flac 1.1.3+. It's in CVS right now, so please test.

It works here with GCC 4.2.x and 4.3.x

That error is shown when no format (flac, mp3 or vorbis) is selected. I added a check for this now and abort if this is the case. You *must* enable at least one format.
